Buyers rate inspections on clarity, thoroughness, and communication. Higher-scored inspectors get more referrals. Quality is the moat — not relationships. Compensation arrangements are structured per partner under counsel review.

Compensation between REHL and your inspection firm is negotiated in your onboarding agreement and structured under counsel review for state-RE-commission referral-fee rules + applicable settlement-service regulations.
