Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the REHL website at rehl.us and any related pre-launch services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Rehl, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation (“REHL,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

REHL is in pre-launch. The Site primarily exists today to describe our product, accept beta-access applications from brokerages and agents, and provide contact information. No consumer-facing services (property search, agent matching, pre-qualification, lead capture) are publicly available on this Site until separately announced.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Access or attempt to access non-public areas of the Site, our systems, or the technical delivery systems of our providers.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or breach security or authentication measures.
• Scrape, crawl, or copy the Site for the purpose of building a competing product.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by transmitting malware or flooding the Site with traffic.
• Submit false or misleading information through forms on the Site.

The Site and all content on it — including the REHL name, wordmark, design system, copy, and software — are owned by Rehl, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use REHL trademarks or content except as expressly permitted in writing.

If you submit a beta-access application, send us an email, or otherwise provide information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use submissions to evaluate partnerships, respond to your inquiry, and improve our product, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to or describe third-party services (e.g., MLS providers, lenders, agents). We are not responsible for third-party services or their content. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehl, Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rehl, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
