Common pricing questions.
Do you really not sell leads?
The leads you bring in, your sphere, your IDX site, your open houses, your paid ads, are yours forever. REHL doesn't sell or share them. A future phase will offer REHL-sourced inbound leads (from REHL's own SEO and ad spend) to brokerages opt-in; that's the only place per-lead economics will ever appear, and only if you opt in.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Starter and solo plans are pure subscription. Enterprise sometimes includes a one-time integration fee depending on the custom data sources you need; we'll quote that explicitly.
How does the free trial work?
30 day trial for solo plans, 60 day trial for brokerage plans. No card required to start. We don't auto-charge: at the end of the trial, you either subscribe or your account stays read-only until you do.
What counts as an active seat?
An active seat is one licensed agent or admin who logs in during a billing month. Inactive seats are not billed. You can add or remove seats from the admin panel.
What if my brokerage grows past the included seats?
Add seats at the per-seat rate listed on each tier. Auto-billed on the next cycle. No re-contracting required.
Annual contracts?
Available at a meaningful discount if you want one. Default is month-to-month.
Refunds?
If you cancel mid-month, we prorate. If something is broken on our side and we cannot fix it, we refund the affected month. We do not fight legitimate refund requests.
What about MLS feed costs?
MLS DLAs are between you and your MLS, pricing varies by board. REHL doesn't mark up MLS fees. Most boards charge $50-200/month for RESO API access.
Do you have a per-lead pricing option?
Not for your own leads, ever. Phase 2+ will include an OPT-IN program for REHL-sourced inbound leads (from REHL's own SEO and ad campaigns). That's the only place per-lead economics will appear, and only if you opt in. Your sphere, your IDX site, your open houses, your ads stay subscription-only.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, any time. Upgrade takes effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle.
