Why we're
building REHL.

Real estate runs on six tools that don't talk to each other. The CRM doesn't know what the marketing tool sent. The marketing tool doesn't know which listings are open. The lead-gen platform sells the same person to fifty agents. The sphere reminder gets sent the day before the closing anniversary, not the day before the real one. Everyone has five logins and zero clarity.

REHL is the operating system that replaces all of it. CRM, AI assistant, lead scoring, listing marketing, sphere nurture, analytics, on one platform, one data model. So a website lead, a listing campaign, and a past client are part of the same picture, automatically.

We sell it per seat. No per-lead games. No marketplace where the same person you nurtured for six months gets sold to three competitors. The data your agents create stays your data.

The company

REHL is built by Sebastian Brenes Conde, an operator based in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, currently launching with brokerage partners in the Orlando-to-coast corridor: Lake Nona, Windermere, Winter Park, and the coast.

REHL is incorporated as Rehl, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation. Operations in Florida.

We're intentionally small and intentionally focused. We pick brokerage partners carefully, ship aggressively, and bias toward what actually changes an agent's week. If you're running a brokerage in our corridor and want to be on the early roster, get in touch.
