Privacy Policy

REHL is operated by Rehl, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation with operations in Florida (“REHL,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on rehl.us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can be directed to privacy@rehl.us.

We currently collect a limited set of information from visitors to rehl.us:

• Inquiry submissions. If you submit a contact form, find-an-agent request, home-value request, open-house sign-in, or beta-access application, we collect the name, email, phone number (if you provide one), brokerage or company name, market, and any free-text comments you provide.
• Text-messaging consent. If you check the box to receive text messages, we record your phone number, the exact consent language you agreed to, and the date, time, and IP address of your opt-in, so we can honor and evidence your consent.
• Direct correspondence. Emails you send to hello@rehl.us, mls@rehl.us, legal@rehl.us, or related addresses, including any information you choose to include.
• Server logs. Standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamp) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.
• Essential cookies. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not currently use third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies on rehl.us.

We do not collect biometric data, precise geolocation, or sensitive categories of personal information (race, religion, health, political views, sexual orientation, union membership) on rehl.us. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and process beta-access applications.
• Evaluate partnerships with brokerages, agents, lenders, and MLS organizations.
• Operate, secure, and improve rehl.us.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share inquiry submissions with third parties except as described below. No mobile information (your phone number and text-messaging consent) is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent is never shared with any third party for marketing.

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from REHL, or from the brokerage or agent you contacted, about real estate opportunities, your inquiries, listing and saved-search updates, appointment and showing details, and related follow-up.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts to use our services or to buy or sell a home.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity and how you interact with us.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe at any time, or reply HELP for help. You can also email privacy@rehl.us.
• No sharing of mobile data. Your mobile phone number and text-messaging opt-in consent are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to inquiries, under contract and on a need-to-know basis. These currently include:

• Hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel, Fly.io, Neon), to serve the site and store form submissions.
• Email delivery (e.g., Postmark, Google Workspace), to send and receive correspondence.
• Text-message delivery (e.g., Twilio), to send the text messages you opt in to receive. These providers process your phone number and message content only to deliver messages on our behalf, not for their own marketing.
• The brokerage or agent you contacted. When you submit a find-an-agent, showing, home-value, or similar request, we share your contact details, including your phone number and text-messaging consent, with that brokerage or agent so they can respond to and follow up on your request.
• Error and performance monitoring (e.g., Sentry), to keep the site reliable.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will provide notice consistent with applicable law).

Inquiry submissions are retained for as long as the inquiry remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to support follow-up. Server logs are retained for a short window (typically 30-90 days) for security purposes. We will delete information earlier on request, subject to legal retention requirements.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and similar regulations. These rights generally include:

• Access, request a copy of information we hold about you.
• Deletion, request that we delete your information.
• Correction, request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Objection, object to certain uses of your information.
• Non-discrimination, we will not retaliate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@rehl.us. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is fully secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.

REHL operates from the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
