0-100 temperature with cold/warm/hot/very-hot bands. Every signal (page view, save, email open, pre-qual progress) updates the score in real time. Click into any change to see the reasoning.
Warm
Cold leads enter automated nurture sequences. AI adapts the cadence based on inbound replies, no more rigid drips that auto-send after they say 'unsubscribe'.
Route
Warm and hot leads route to the right agent by your distribution rules (round-robin, weighted, geographic, score-banded). Per-agent auto-reply timer ensures no lead waits more than 5 minutes.

Anonymous buyers browsing your IDX site rack up signals from day one. The moment they request an agent or sign up for alerts, that history attributes to their lead and boosts the score appropriately.
Score thresholds are yours
Universal display bands stay fixed (cold/warm/hot/very-hot) for benchmarking, but the routing thresholds that decide which agent gets pinged are tuned per brokerage.
Same person, multiple brokerages
If a consumer is a lead under more than one brokerage on REHL, neither side sees the other's data. The consumer's signal history feeds each brokerage's score independently, brokerage data isolation is enforced at the database level.
