Marketing defaults for new listings
The marketing defaults on the General settings page decide what REHL does for you the moment a listing goes live. Each listing can override the first two on its own Marketing panel.
Auto email blast to your sphere on publish
When on, publishing a listing drafts and sends a new-listing email to your sphere. This one is real and it sends real email.
- It fires on a scheduled run, so expect roughly ten minutes between publishing and the send, not instantly.
- The listing needs to be at least 60 percent compliant before the blast goes out.
- Your suppression list is always respected, and the same person never gets two emails for one listing.
Auto-draft paid ads on publish
When on, publishing a listing prepares draft Meta and Google Ads campaigns for you. Drafting is all that happens. Launching a campaign live is not available yet, so the drafts wait for you and no money can move, whatever credentials you have configured.
Require approval before social posts go live
When on, social posts sit in Pending approval until you approve or reject them from the Marketing tab. This covers both the posts REHL drafts automatically and the ones you send with Post now on a listing: with approval required, Post now parks the post in Pending approval instead of publishing it, and nothing reaches social until you approve it.
Either way, REHL only posts your brokerage's own listings. A listing you added yourself always qualifies. A listing that came in from the MLS qualifies only when its listing office is one of the offices on your feed, so somebody else's listing showing in your search cannot be posted to your accounts, and trying returns a message saying so. IDX rules are the reason: the photos and data belong to the listing brokerage.
The gate fails safe. If REHL cannot confirm the setting for a moment, it holds the post for approval rather than publishing it unreviewed. With the toggle on, nothing goes out to social without your review.
Voice preset and voice override
Pick one of five presets (Professional + warm, Bold + modern, Classic luxury, Friendly + casual, or Minimalist) and optionally add free-text guidance in the voice override field.
Your voice settings apply to the campaign drafters. They do not reach the AI listing description or the AI social captions, which write in their own fixed voice. If your descriptions still sound generic after setting a preset, that is why: edit them on the listing instead.
