Your day in REHL: Today, then Tasks, then Inbox
Three screens sit at the top of your sidebar and they are not interchangeable. Today is what REHL thinks you should do. Tasks is what you promised. Inbox is what somebody else started. Work them in that order.
The order, and why it is that order
- Today is machine-ranked. REHL builds it fresh on every load from your leads, your queued sends, your showings and your deadlines. You did not write any of it.
- Tasks is self-written. It only contains what you (or a teammate, or a call summary) typed in. Nothing appears there on its own.
- Inbox is reactive. You go there because a buyer or an agent sent you something. It is somebody else's agenda.
Today and Tasks are both your own plate, one ranked by REHL and one written by you, which is why they sit together above Inbox. A morning that runs "what is on my plate" and then "what came in" beats three screens competing to be the place you start.
What Today actually shows
The top of Today is a single ranked list called the action queue. Every row carries its own button, so you approve, call or open without leaving the page. The order is fixed and deliberate: replies REHL AI has drafted and is waiting on you for, then cadence touches whose send time has passed, then your hottest live leads, then unread messages, then compliance gaps.
Under it sit the glance cards: tasks due today, showings today, contingency deadlines, buyer-agreement gaps, and your goal pace. Each one links to the full screen behind it.
The four tiles at the top
Total leads, Hot pipeline, Avg score and Active listings. Three of the four draw a 7-day trend line under the number. That line is rebuilt from your score history, never estimated: where a lead has no recorded score change, REHL treats the score as unchanged rather than inventing a climb. If the trend cannot be read, the tile shows the plain number and no line.
Contingency alerts on Today use the exact same overdue and due-soon rules as the deadline reminders that email you, so the screen can never be quieter than the alert.
Where is the "top calls" brief?
On the Pipeline page, not on Today. Two briefs live there: Today's top calls, and Spinning wheels. Both are optional cards and neither appears when it has nothing to say.
How does REHL pick my top calls?
It adds up four things: the lead's current score, ten points for every point the score gained over the last 7 days, a bonus if any signal landed in the last 24 hours, and a bonus if the lead is pre-qualified. Only leads that are scored and on your working list are considered. That is signal arithmetic, not a guess.
What is Spinning wheels?
Leads who are opening your cadence emails and going nowhere. By default: at least six touches sent in the last 14 days, an open rate of 30 percent or better, no replies, and a score that has not moved. The answer is usually a personal call rather than another automated touch.
A lead was moved to me. Will I be told?
Yes. When a broker or admin reassigns a lead to you, your in-app bell fires with "Lead reassigned to you". It is a bell only, never an email or a text, and it fires again if the same lead is moved away and back later. You are not notified when you move a lead to yourself, because you are already looking at it.
Does my broker see my Today, or their own?
A brokerage admin sees the whole brokerage's day and can look at one agent's. Every other seat sees only their own, and a seat REHL cannot match to an agent record sees an empty day rather than somebody else's.
