Confirming a showing
The link opens your showing: when it is, who you are meeting, where, and every property on the route. You confirm or cancel from the same page.
No login and no password. The link itself is the key, so open it on whatever device you received it on.
What you can do
- Check the date, time, meeting point, and the ordered list of homes with the time allowed at each one.
- Fill in your name, email, and phone so your agent can reach you on the day.
- Press confirm, or cancel if the time no longer works.
Confirming tells your agent you are coming and puts the confirmation on their record of the tour. Cancelling here cancels the tour, so if you want a different time, contact your agent directly.
The page says the tour is no longer active.
That means it has already been cancelled or completed. The link stops accepting changes at that point. Your agent can send a fresh one.
I confirmed twice by accident.
No harm done. Only the first confirmation counts, and a second press changes nothing.
