Solo agent vs brokerage: which should I pick?
Both are first-class in REHL. The right choice comes down to whether you manage a team.
Solo agent
One seat, no base fee. You get the full REHL toolkit: listings, scoring, Cultivate, and your own branded buyer site. Best if you run your own book.
Brokerage
A broker base fee plus a per-agent rate that runs about 30 percent of the equivalent solo price. You add the admin layer: whole-team pipeline, agent assignment, brand governance, and billing across seats.
Can a brokerage add or remove agents later?
Yes. Seats are managed from your brokerage settings and billing adjusts to your seat count.
