The reactive bell
The bell is your real-time nudge. When a lead does something that matters, REHL rings it so you can react while intent is high.
The in-app bell surfaces reactive alerts: a lead heating up, replying, or taking a high-intent action. The heating alert fires when a lead crosses up into Hot or Very hot, and escalates to your team lead and then the brokerage owner if nobody logs a touch on it.
In v1, reactive alerts are in-app only. REHL does not send you email or SMS notifications about lead activity.
