Cultivate cadences for active leads
Cultivate is REHL's automated follow-up engine for active leads. It writes a per-lead plan of email touches so no lead goes cold from neglect.

When a lead enters Cultivate, REHL AI reads that lead (their signals, their score and its recent trajectory, anything they have written back) and writes a plan: a handful of email touches, each with an intent and a time. Every touch fires at the time its own plan gave it.
Does a hot lead get touched more often than a cold one?
Not as a rule. The score is part of what REHL AI reads when it writes the plan, so it can influence the shape of a plan, but nothing in REHL tightens a cadence because a lead is hot. There is no band-to-frequency setting, and a Very hot lead is not mechanically given a faster rhythm than a cold one. What a score move does do is trigger a re-plan: see how the score drives your workflow.
Does it react when a lead replies?
Yes. The reply is classified and the cadence pauses so you can review. If they show interest or ask a question, REHL AI drafts a personalized follow-up for you to approve. If they just ask you to come back later, the remaining touches are pushed out instead and nothing is drafted. Either way the next plan is written around what they actually said.
What channels does it use?
Email only. Texts, voicemail, retargeting and direct mail are not part of a Cultivate plan today.
Cultivate is available from the Pro tier. Starter does not include Cultivate.
