My mail is not showing up

The Inbox is completely empty

No mailbox is connected. Go to Inbox, then Settings, and connect Gmail. Nothing arrives by email until you do, and the empty state says so.

Your mail is not on Gmail

Then it cannot come in yet. Microsoft 365 and IMAP are not supported. There is no workaround today.

The mailbox says revoked

Google withdrew access, usually after a password change or after REHL was removed from your Google account permissions. Reconnect it.

The mailbox says failed, or last synced is hours ago

It retries on its own. If it stays stuck, disconnect and reconnect. If Connect Gmail returns a setup error, REHL has not finished configuring Google access on this environment yet, and that is on us, not you.

An older email is missing

Expected. The first sync only reaches back about a week. Older mail is not imported.

Texts are not arriving

Your brokerage needs its texting registration finished and a number provisioned before anyone can text you. Until that is done there is no number to receive on.

A message is there but has no lead and you cannot reply

The sender did not match any lead. Use Add as Lead on the thread, then reply.

Summaries and suggested replies stopped appearing

Usually your AI spend cap. Messages keep arriving and keep getting tagged, just with keyword matching rather than REHL AI. Check your AI budget.
