Yes, with conditions. Anonymous browsing on your branded site is recorded from the first page view, and it becomes part of the score once that person has an account and a lead record.
How it works
- Someone lands on your branded site. REHL records their activity against an anonymous session from the first page view.
- They create an account. Their earlier session is attached to that account, so the history stops being anonymous.
- They become a lead under your brokerage, usually by asking for an agent.
- From then on, scoring reads their site activity alongside anything logged directly on the lead. The two streams are scored as one.
The conditions worth knowing
The link happens on the browser that did the browsing. If someone browses on their phone for a fortnight and then signs up on a laptop, the phone history stays anonymous and does not fold in.
Attribution runs through the account, not the lead. One person can be a lead at more than one brokerage on the same login, and their site activity counts toward each of those leads.
This needs your branded buyer site to be live, which is a Pro, Power, or brokerage-plan feature and additionally needs your MLS feed connected. Without the site there is no browsing to capture.
