What the temperature score means
Every scored lead carries a temperature from 0 to 100. It is REHL's read on how ready that person is to transact, recalculated each time they leave a new signal.
The four bands
- Cold: 0 to 29.
- Warm: 30 to 59.
- Hot: 60 to 84.
- Very hot: 85 to 100.
The bands are fixed across every account and you cannot move them, so a Hot lead means the same thing in your brokerage as in anyone else's. Higher means more evidence of intent.
Some leads have no score at all
A score is only produced once a lead has at least one scoring signal. Until then the lead is unscored and shows a dash, not a zero. That is a real distinction: zero means REHL looked and found nothing warm, while unscored means REHL has nothing to look at yet.
The score is a feature, not a price. It exists to focus your time on the people most ready to move.
