Flyers and postcards
Print, a section of the Designs tab, gives you two things for the selected listing: a full print pack, and the quick one-click PDF flyer.
The print pack
One download, as a zip, containing the letter flyer in both styles, a single-page letter flyer, and a 6 by 9 postcard front and back. Which announcement it uses follows the listing: active prints Just Listed, pending prints Under Contract, sold prints Just Sold.
The PDF flyer
Open PDF gives you the two-sided letter flyer: the one-pager on the front, and a brochure side with more photos and the rest of the description. It is the same file the listing page's flyer link has always pointed at.
Every page carries your brand, the Equal Housing Opportunity logo and the MLS attribution, so a printed piece is compliant without you adding anything.
It says it is preparing, or the tab shows a waiting page.
Printing renders the pages fresh, which takes a few seconds. REHL keeps the result and reuses it, so the second person to open the same flyer gets it instantly. Editing the price or adding a photo builds a new one automatically.
The flyer link returns nothing for one listing.
The flyer is only produced for listings covered by a live MLS data license, or listings you added and attested to yourself. A listing showing through IDX from another brokerage will not produce one.
