The design templates
Studio draws eight kinds of graphic from a listing's own photos and details, painted in your brand colors. You never open a design tool.
The eight families
- Just Listed: the announcement. Hero photo, address, price, you.
- Open House: hero photo with the day and time. Needs an open house on the listing.
- Price Improved: the new price, led by the badge.
- Under Contract: the pending announcement.
- Just Sold: the closing announcement.
- Feature Spotlight: one room picked by what it shows, with the house inset. Social only.
- By the Numbers: the facts grid over the hero photo.
- Carousel: a cover slide plus up to five photo slides.
Styles and sizes
The gallery renders every family in six styles: Clean, which puts your colors as accents on a paper background; Bold, which uses your brand color as the background; Accent, which uses your accent color as the background; Luxury, a black background with gold hairlines; Editorial, a quiet paper look with oversized type; and Geometric, a paper look with a diagonal photo cut and an angular price flag. Social sizes are square, portrait (4:5) and story (9:16). Carousel is square or portrait only.
Rendering one
- Open REHL Studio, pick the listing, then the Designs tab.
- Choose a format at the top of the gallery.
- Render the format. Studio queues one render per family and style, and the cards fill in as they finish.
- Download the one you want, or set that family on a day of your weekly plan so it posts on its own.
Photos are filtered before a template ever sees them. Only marketing-safe photos under a displayable status are used, and photos of identifiable people are kept out, so a machine never picks a picture that could read as a statement about who a home is for.
Why can I not pick Just Sold on an active listing?
Several families are tied to the listing's status: Just Sold renders on sold, Under Contract on pending, and Open House needs a scheduled open house. Studio posts these as milestones when the listing actually moves.
The design shows the wrong colors.
Everything a template paints with comes from your brand kit on the Brand tab. Fix it there once and every design and your branded site follow, so the two cannot disagree.
