Brand basics: name, tagline, and color

The Brand section at the bottom of the General settings page holds the identity that shows up across your pages.

Most of these are set for you during onboarding. Settings is where you change them later.

What you can edit

  • Display name: your brokerage name as it appears across your pages.
  • Tagline: the one-line subtitle on your buyer site hero.
  • Primary color: the hex color used on buyer-facing buttons and accents.

What is read-only here

Slug

Your subdomain. It is shown but not editable, because changing it means DNS work. Contact support if you need it changed.

State

Shown but not editable here. See below for what it actually does.

What your state field really controls

The hint next to State says it drives the state-rules compliance engine. That is not right, and the distinction matters. Stricter state rules, like double opt-in for texts in Florida, Washington, and Oklahoma, key off the state of the person you are messaging, not the state your brokerage sits in. That is the correct behavior: the rule protects the recipient.

Your brokerage state does have one real job: it sets the quiet hours for your sphere email sends.

Your logo is not on this page. You set it during the Brand your site step in onboarding. The hero image, headline, and subcopy live on the Branding page.
