The CMA archive
Every CMA your brokerage generates is kept. The archive is where you search them, re-download the PDFs, and retire the ones you no longer need.
Open CMA archive under Brokerage in the sidebar. CMAs are listed newest first with the address, the range and midpoint, the confidence score, the number of comps, the linked lead when there is one, and the date.
What you can do here
- Search by address.
- Re-download the CMA one-pager or the listing presentation deck.
- Switch between the Active and Archived tabs.
- Archive a CMA to get it out of the working list. Archiving is reversible.
- Restore an archived CMA, or delete it permanently.
Archive, Restore, and Delete are brokerage-admin actions. If you are an agent the buttons are on screen but the action will be refused.
Who sees which CMAs
A CMA carries a seller's address and the number you are about to put in front of them, so the list respects your brokerage's lead visibility setting. If your brokerage runs owner-only or team visibility, you see CMAs tied to leads in your scope plus any CMA with no lead attached. Broker owners and admins see everything.
I cannot find a CMA I know exists.
Check the Archived tab first. If it is not there either, it is likely tied to a lead outside your visibility scope, or it was deleted by an admin. Deleting is permanent.
Can I edit a CMA after it is generated?
No. A CMA is a snapshot of the comps at the moment you ran it. To reflect a changed market, run a fresh one for the same address.
