The Cultivate command center
One screen showing every email and text Cultivate sent on your brokerage's behalf, what came back, and a contacts table where you can pause, resume or turn off a contact's cadence right from the row.
What is on it
- A window switch: 7, 14, 30 or 90 days. Thirty is the default.
- Four numbers across the top: touches sent, open rate, click rate, reply rate.
- Messages held for you: every touch that came due and is waiting on you. On review mode that is a REHL AI draft to read and send; on manual mode there is no draft at all, just who, when and what for, and you write it yourself. Act from the row for a lead you own. If your brokerage shows you a teammate's held message too, you can see it but only its owning agent or an admin can act on it. This used to be a separate page, which is a bad place for an approval to live.
- How you want it to work: your own dial for how much of the writing you want to do, full autopilot, see each draft first, or write them yourself. It applies to your book, not the brokerage's. The cadence that decides when a touch is DUE never changes, but on review or manual the touch parks waiting for your approval once it is due, so actual delivery can run behind the plan until you act on it.
- A contacts table, defaulting to contacts Cultivate has a plan, a setting, or any touch for at all, sent or not (switch to Whole book to see everyone). Each row carries its own touch/open/click/reply counts, its current plan, what is scheduled next, and a Run / Pause / Off switch. Filter by status, sort five ways, page through, and set a preferred cadence or tone for a contact without leaving the screen. That preference does not replan touches already scheduled; it takes effect the next time REHL AI regenerates that contact's strategy.
- Daily send volume as a bar per day, and a channel breakdown across email and text.
- Most engaged leads, with their opens, clicks and replies, linking straight to each record.
- A collapsed "how Cultivate works" panel you can open for the reasoning behind the strategies.
Read reply rate, not open rate
Reply rate is the line between Cultivate paying for itself and Cultivate making noise. The page leads with all four, but that is the one worth acting on.
Open and click rates divide by the sends REHL actually measured, not by every send. When nothing on a rail was measured, the tile shows a dash and says so rather than a confident zero. Nobody opened and we never measured are opposite facts and the screen will not let them look the same.
Pause and Off are different instructions, not two strengths of the same one. Pausing keeps the plan in place. Turning a contact off cancels what is scheduled and stops a reply or a score jump from re-enrolling them.
Touches sent is lower than I expected.
The totals count email and text only, and only touches that actually went out. A touch still sitting as planned, or waiting for your approval, is not counted against the rates.
Can I start a cadence from here?
If you own the contact, or you are a brokerage admin, you can pause, turn off, or adjust the cadence or tone, from the row's own controls. Run genuinely resumes a paused contact, since pausing never touched its plan. Run on a contact you had turned off is different: turning off already cancelled its scheduled touches and retired its strategy, so Run only makes the contact eligible again, it does not bring back what was cancelled. The controls still show on a teammate's contact, but saving one returns an error, since only the owning agent or an admin may change it. Starting a brand-new cadence with its own AI-written strategy happens from the lead's own record, or automatically once REHL AI generates one for an eligible contact, including one you just turned back on.
