The daily briefing: who got warmer this week
The briefing is a short list of people from your Sphere who did something on your branded site in the last seven days. It exists to give you a reason to pick up the phone today.
Each row is one person, their warmth score, the last thing they did and when. Click through to their record to act on it.
Who makes the list
Only people with at least one real signal in the last seven days. Warmth is written by one thing and one thing only: somebody browsing your branded site with an email that matches the one on their Sphere record. Importing a contact never creates a signal, so an import alone can never put anybody here.
Sample contacts in a trial account are excluded, and so is anyone you have archived or deleted. This page tells you to interrupt your day, so it may only contain real people who really did something.
An empty briefing on a new account is the correct answer, not a fault. Nobody has browsed yet. It fills in as your site gets traffic.
Why does an imported past client sit at no warmth forever?
Because warmth measures browsing, and a spreadsheet row has not browsed. Their score starts once they land on your site with the email you imported. REHL deliberately does not fake a starting number, because two other screens read that column as recent engagement.
Is this the same as my pipeline's temperature score?
No. Warmth belongs to Sphere people and measures re-engagement. Temperature belongs to leads and drives your pipeline order and the hot-lead bell. A person can have both if you have promoted them to a lead.
