Tours: booking and running a showing
A tour is one outing: a buyer, a date and time window, and a sequence of properties. REHL checks the buyer agreement, gives you a link to send the buyer, and puts it on your calendar.
Booking one
- Open Tours and press New tour.
- Pick the buyer. Choosing an existing lead pulls their name, email and phone across for you.
- Set the date and the time window, and add a meeting address if you have one.
- Add each property as a stop, in order, with a length and any access instructions.
- Save. REHL checks the buyer agreement at that moment and records the answer on the tour.
A missing buyer agreement does not block you. The tour is created either way and the gap is recorded, so your brokerage's compliance review can see it. It also shows up as an agreement gap on Today.
What the buyer sees
Every tour carries its own confirmation link. Open the tour and copy it from the Buyer confirmation link panel, then send it however you normally talk to that buyer. The link is not emailed automatically.
The page they land on needs no account. It shows the date and window, the meeting address, your name, the brokerage, any notes, and the stops in order. They can confirm or cancel with one press, and fill in their name, email or phone while they are there. The page is not indexed by search engines.
Your calendar
If the agent who owns the tour has connected a Google Calendar, REHL pushes the tour to it: the buyer's name, their contact details, the number of stops and your notes. Editing the tour updates the same event, deleting it removes it. An agent who has not connected a calendar simply gets nothing, quietly.
Can I book a showing on a teammate's behalf?
Only a brokerage admin can. An agent can schedule their own showings, and cannot attach a lead they are not allowed to see.
What are the statuses?
Scheduled, confirmed, in progress, completed, cancelled and no-show. You can filter the list by any of them.
Do today's tours show anywhere else?
Yes, on Today, in the Tours today card, with the start time and the stop count.
