Track every document you have sent
Documents is the track step of the arc: author a form, send it from a deal, watch it to signed. Every envelope you can see is here with its progress, its timeline, and its files.
What you see
- Status and signer progress, for example two of three signed.
- Which deal or lead it belongs to, and which form it came from.
- When it was sent and when it completed.
- A warning when a signer never actually got their email, because the address bounced, was marked as spam, or is on your opt-out list.
An admin sees every document in the brokerage. A plain agent sees the ones they sent plus the ones on leads they own. That scope is applied by REHL, not by the page, so it holds however you reach the document.
What you can do to one
- Remind: re-send the signing link to everyone who still owes a signature.
- Cancel: stop a document that is out. The link goes dead and the signers see that it was cancelled.
- Download: the completed PDF, and any file a signer attached.
- Archive: tidy a finished document out of the active list. Nothing is deleted, and the Archived filter brings it back.
Signed documents are stored privately. REHL streams the file to you after checking that it still matches the hash recorded when it was signed. If the file has changed, REHL refuses to serve it rather than handing you a document it cannot vouch for.
Can I permanently delete a document?
Only one that records nothing having happened between the parties: a draft, a cancelled document, or one that expired with nobody having signed. Anything carrying a signature, or a decline, is kept. Archive those instead.
What does the Analytics tab show?
Per form: how many you sent, how many completed, the completion rate, and the median time to sign. It is how you find the form that everyone stalls on.
