Send a document for signature
REHL Sign is built in. You send from the deal or the lead the document belongs to, your client signs in their browser, and the finished PDF lands back in REHL with an audit trail attached.
Sending it
- Open the transaction or the lead and find the Documents card.
- Click Send for signature, then pick the source: one of your published forms, or a PDF you upload right now.
- Place the fields on the document and say which role signs where. Both routes go through field placement, so nothing ever goes out unstamped.
- Assign each role to a real person: the lead, a party on the deal, someone on your team, or an address you type.
- Send. Each signer gets their own private link by email.
If your form has more than one signer, you decide whether they go together or in order. In order means the second person gets nothing until the first has signed, and their link is minted at that moment rather than up front.
What REHL freezes
At send, REHL takes a copy of the form as it stands and attaches it to that envelope. Editing the form afterwards changes nothing about a document already out for signature. The version that went out is the version that comes back.
A signing link stops working 14 days after you send it unless everyone has signed. Send a fresh one if a deal goes quiet longer than that.
Can I sign my own part without leaving REHL?
Yes. A form can carry a role marked as yours to complete. That part is filled at send time and no link is emailed for it, so your client only ever sees the parts that are theirs.
What happens when the last person signs?
REHL stamps every signature onto the pages, adds an audit trail page, merges it all into one PDF, records a fingerprint of that file, and rings your bell. Download the finished document from Documents.
