The forms library and the field designer

Forms is your brokerage's library of reusable documents. Upload a base PDF, place the fields on it, publish it, and anyone on the team can send it from a deal.

Authoring is admin only. Any seat can browse the library and send a published form, but uploading, editing, publishing, cloning, and archiving all need brokerage admin. If the buttons are missing for you, that is why.

Building one

  1. Upload the PDF. REHL reads its page count and geometry so fields land in the right place.
  2. Add the roles that sign it, for example Buyer and Seller, and say whether they sign together or in order.
  3. Open the field designer and drag signature, initial, date, text, and checkbox fields onto the pages, assigning each to a role.
  4. Bind fields that REHL can fill for you, so the property address or the client's name arrives already typed.
  5. Publish. A form needs at least one role and one field, because an empty form cannot be sent.

A published form is frozen. To change it, make a new version: the new one becomes the live form and the old one stays on file, still attached to everything that was sent with it. You can also roll back to an earlier version.

The starter library

REHL ships a small set of starter forms every brokerage can browse and clone: the federal Lead-Based Paint Disclosure, plus three REHL-written generics (a buyer representation agreement, a seller property disclosure acknowledgment, and a referral and consent form). Clone one to get your own editable copy. You cannot edit the originals.

REHL does not redistribute Florida Realtors or FR-BAR forms. Those are licensed to member agents and brokerages, not to software vendors. The REHL-written generics say so on their face and ask you to review them with your attorney before use. Upload your own licensed copies of anything else and they sit in the library alongside them.

Can REHL AI place the fields for me?

Yes. Suggest fields reads the PDF and proposes where the signatures, dates, and text boxes belong. It is a starting point you then adjust, and it uses your AI credits.

What happens to documents I already sent if I archive a form?

Nothing. Each sent document carries its own frozen copy of the form, so archiving or even deleting an archived form leaves everything already out for signature exactly as it was.
