The summary and the suggested reply

A one-line summary of the conversation appears above the messages. On the newest inbound message, REHL AI also drafts a reply. It sits behind a button. Click it to drop the draft into the reply box, then edit it. It is never sent for you, and sending it still runs every compliance check.

Keeping junk out of your day

A second pass decides whether an email is a real lead at all, so that the Do this now queue on Today does not fill up with sales pitches aimed at you, invoices, and newsletters. This one leans deliberately toward showing you too much: it only hides mail it is confident about. A pitch you glance past costs you a second. A hidden buyer costs you a deal.

When it cannot run

If REHL AI is unavailable or your account has hit its AI spend cap, messages still arrive and still get tagged, by simple keyword matching instead. You get a rougher tag, no summary, and no suggested reply. Nothing is lost or hidden, and there is no error to notice, so if summaries and suggested replies have quietly stopped appearing, check your AI budget.
