REHL vs kvCORE
kvCORE is configurable. REHL is opinionated. Where kvCORE asks you to wire up hashtag rules, squeeze pages, and behavioral triggers, REHL ships those decisions made and adds a per-lead AI assistant that writes messages, drafts campaigns, and prioritizes your day.
About kvCORE
Brokerage-grade all-in-one: IDX website, CRM, lead-gen, smart number, rule-based scoring. Heavy on configuration; long ramp time; per-agent seat costs north of $400 effective.
Capability comparison
Side-by-side.
| Capability | REHL | kvCORE |
|---|---|---|
REHL AI assistant (drafts, prioritizes, classifies) Not a chatbot. REHL AI reads each lead's signals, drafts personalized messages, generates marketing copy, classifies inbound intent, and builds your morning briefing across the whole platform. | partial | |
Lead temperature score with shown reasoning Most platforms either don't score, or show a number with no audit trail. REHL shows which signals moved the score, when, and by how much. Every change is auditable. | partial | |
Branded IDX search site (broker subdomain)Included on Agent Pro and above and on every brokerage plan. Agent Starter does not include it. First-party lead acquisition. Buyers land on yourbrand.rehl.us, search listings, save lists, request agents. Every visit feeds the AI scoring. Live listings run off your brokerage's MLS data license naming REHL as an IDX vendor, the same requirement every IDX vendor here has. | ||
Listing marketing engine (multi-touch campaigns) One-click multi-touch campaign per listing: social posts, email blast, paid ad drafts, polished one-page flyers. No Canva, no Mailchimp, no Hootsuite. | partial | |
Open house + walk-in tablet sign-in Generate polished flyers, schedule open houses, RSVP pages, and a walk-in tablet sign-in that auto-converts to leads with scoring. Paper sign-in sheets become history. | - | |
Sphere CRM with annual-touch + life-event signals Past clients are the warmest leads in your book. REHL surfaces annual-touch reminders, life-event signals (job changes, anniversaries), and AI-drafted personalized check-ins. | partial | |
Compliance enforced in code (TCPA, A2P, state-specific) Quiet-hour windows, opt-out keywords, A2P 10DLC gating, and FL/WA/OK rules are enforced at the send-path level. A misconfigured workflow can't ship a non-compliant message. | partial | |
Per-seat pricing, no per-lead fees One predictable subscription. No surprise lead invoices, no marketplace where the same person gets sold to your competitors after you nurtured them. | ||
Brokerage admin views (leaderboards, distribution rules) Agent leaderboards, configurable lead distribution, brand controls, centralized billing. Brokerage admins see the whole firm without rebuilding it in spreadsheets. | ||
Multi-vendor data enrichment, native Identity resolution, contact verification, life-event signals, and financial qualification roll into the same lead record. No separate integration projects. | partial | |
Data ownership + portable exportSelf-serve CSV export covers your leads today. Sphere, listings and the per-contact timeline are still export-by-request while we build the one-click version. Marked partial until they ship, because the ownership is the point. Every lead, contact, message, and analytic is yours. If you ever leave, your data leaves with you. No marketplace clause. | partial | partial |

Switching FAQ
Common questions from kvCORE switchers.
- Will I lose my IDX website?
- Your kvCORE site stays live during the transition, and that overlap is the point. REHL provisions a branded broker-subdomain (e.g., yourbrokerage.rehl.us) immediately, and its live listings switch on once your MLS data license names REHL as an IDX vendor. We file it with you and drive it with your MLS; the pace comes down to your MLS replying and your broker of record signing, which in our experience runs about two weeks when everyone moves promptly. Keep kvCORE serving buyers until then, and run both until your own conversion math tells you to sunset it.
- What about Smart Number and squeeze pages?
- REHL doesn't ship 1:1 replacements for every kvCORE feature, we focus on the ones that drive closings: lead capture, AI warming, listing marketing, sphere CRM, analytics. If you depend on a Smart Number flow, keep it running on the side.
- Is REHL cheaper than kvCORE?
- For most brokerages: yes, meaningfully. Brokerage Growth is $999/mo base + $129 per agent, covering 11-50 agents. A 20-agent brokerage runs $3,579/mo vs kvCORE's typical $8,000+ at the same headcount. The savings calculator on /pricing runs the math for your specific stack.
- What if I'm on kvCORE for the IDX site alone?
- REHL's branded broker-subdomain IDX site is comparable on buyer-facing functionality (search, save listings, save searches, find-an-agent) and ships with AI scoring on every inbound. You're not giving up an IDX site, you're swapping the engine. Same as kvCORE, it runs off your MLS data license, so that license needs to name REHL as an IDX vendor before listings display. We file it with you and drive it with your MLS, and in our experience it runs about two weeks when your MLS replies promptly and your broker of record signs. Don't cancel kvCORE until it lands.
