Teams and commission splits

The Team & Routing page is where you group agents into teams and set what each team's split looks like.

Teams

Create a team, then add agents to it. Teams do two jobs: they scope round-robin routing, and they scope the Team lead-visibility mode.

Commission splits

Set a percentage for the team lead; the rest goes to the agent. That percentage drives the projected split shown on every lead record, next to the projected commission.

This is an estimate for planning, and nothing more. No money moves through REHL. Changing a split changes the number on the screen, not a payment, so you can adjust it freely without touching anyone's actual pay.

Team & Routing is hidden on solo plans, since both features need more than one seat to mean anything.
